Here are some common questions about our 3D printing services.
Most of the time, we do not do custom 3D prints. This is due to the fact that it costs more and takes longer. If you are interested in doing a possible custom 3D print with us, please contact us on the contact form.
We only currently ship to the UK. Please do not order outside the UK. If you want to order outside the UK, please contact us first.
We do not authorise refunds or returns for our products. This is because most of the items are low-value.
Our domain is sane3d.duckdns.org because we are currently operating off of a free domain (provided by duckdns.org) until we need to and can upgrade to a better, more suited domain. DuckDNS is a completely legitimate DDNS provider and Sane3D would probably not be possible without it.
sane3d.duckdns.org is the ONLY current legitimate domain for Sane3D. Please be aware of this and DO NOT fall for scams. If you think you have been scammed, to protect your money, contact your bank by dialing 159 and report the fraud to Action Fraud UK.
